Maternal health care

Hari Umesh Maternity & New Born Care Center has a suite for labour, delivery, recovery and post partum, with a 6-bed NICU and round the clock availability of doctors (team of obstetricians).

We also provide antenatal workshops to help you manage your countdown to delivery.

Neonatal intensive care

The centre has a 6-bed NICU. At Hari Umesh Maternity & New Born Care Center you are in the right place to address any complications that may arise.

Newborn intensive care sits alongside the labour and delivery suite, so a baby who needs closer attention is cared for on the same site.

General paediatrics

Hari Umesh Maternity & New Born Care Center provides 24 hour paediatric care. It is considered to be one of the best paediatric services in Deoghar.

Paediatric care is led by Dr. Satish Thakur (MD), Consultant Pediatrician, whose special interest is the health care of the new-born and children.

Women’s health and gynaecology

Gynaecology and obstetrics is a medical specialty that encompasses the health of female reproductive organs, as well as their function.

Gynaecological care is led by Dr. Reeta Thakur (MS), Consultant Gynaecologist, with 13 years of experience in obstetrics.

Fertility and infertility care

Infertility care is among the services offered at the centre. Dr. Reeta Thakur’s special interest and expertise covers high risk pregnancy and infertility.
